I am Michelle Rose Quadros, currently a user experience designer at BNI Global.
I once aspired to be an Olympic athlete🏃♀️, but now I’m thrilled to be competing in the 'Design Olympics'.
I started into the world of design with my Bachelors in Architecture, where I learnt how to be a great 3D visualiser of spaces, a planner, a self taught artist and illustrator too. I love expressing myself through design, be it sketches, animated videos, colour palettes, new art forms or music.
Besides work and art, I love travelling, socialising and meeting new people, learning new ways of life and enjoying various cuisines and cultures.

BNI Tech Summit 2022- 2024
Had the opportunity to create the merchandise for the BNI Global Tech Summit for 3 consecutive years, each with a different theme.
Creating a distinct theme each year to reflect the spirit and objectives of the event.
2022 - Bangalore, India
Bangalore themed illustrations and merchandise.
2023 - Mahabalipuram, India
Designed a travel theme flight ticket for all attendees with a water bottle and a luggage tag.
2024 - Jaipur, Rajasthan
Designed different Postcards that allowed attendees to recognise one another for their favourite core value of BNI.
